Terms of Service
1. What this service is
NOVO AI Financial (the "Service") is a market-data dashboard that publishes general-circulation, algorithmic signals and analytics for educational and informational purposes. The same content is shown to every user. It is impersonal and is not tailored to any person's objectives, holdings, circumstances or risk tolerance.
2. Not investment advice
- Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, option, future or crypto-asset.
- We are not your fiduciary and no advisory relationship is created by using the Service.
- Signals, rankings and the AI assistant describe what an algorithm or data set shows. They can be wrong, late or incomplete.
- Past signal performance, including anything on the public Signal Record, does not predict future results. Recorded returns exclude commissions, slippage, taxes and option-premium changes, and are not returns any person actually earned.
- Trading, and options trading in particular, carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss. Do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor.
3. Data accuracy
Market data is obtained from third-party sources, is typically delayed (about 15 minutes or more), and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Verify figures with your broker or another authoritative source before acting on them.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share, resell or let others use your login.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service at risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, bulk-download, republish or redistribute Service content or data; reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls; use the Service or its AI assistant to break the law or to manipulate markets; or use automated means to place load on the Service.
6. Paid subscriptions
If and when paid plans are offered, the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. AI assistant
The NOVO AI Bot generates responses with a third-party AI model. Responses may be inaccurate and are not advice. Do not enter information you would not want processed by that provider (see the Privacy & Cookies page).
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, rankings and compiled content belong to NOVO AI Financial or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial information. Third-party data remains subject to its owners' terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVO AI Financial and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
